This Privacy Policy describes how Ivii ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information when you use the Ivii mobile application and related services (the "Service"), available for Ivii Customers, Ivii GO Driver Partners, and Ivii Foods Restaurant Partners.

By using the Service, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you use the Service:

A. For All Users:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, profile photo.
  • Device & Technical Information: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, unique device identifiers, mobile network information.
  • Usage Data: App interactions, features used and other diagnostic data.

Ivii Customers

  • Location Data (CRITICAL): We collect your precise (GPS) or approximate (network-based) real-time location to:
    • Show you nearby restaurants.
    • Enable you to set your delivery address.
    • Allow drivers to locate you for delivery.
    • Provide customer support related to your order location.
  • Order Information: Delivery addresses, order history, payment information (handled by our secure payment processors), ratings, and reviews.

Ivii GO Drivers

  • Location Data (CRITICAL): We collect your precise, continuous real-time GPS location while the app is active to:
    • Assign and navigate you to delivery pick-ups and drop-offs.
    • Track delivery progress for customers and restaurants.
    • Verify delivery completion.
    • Ensure safety and optimize routing.
  • Identity & Vehicle Information: Name, government-issued ID (for verification), driver's license, vehicle registration, insurance details(if applicable), and a photo.
  • Transaction Information: Earnings history and trip logs.

Ivii Foods Restaurant Partners

  • Business Information: Restaurant name, address, phone number, business registration details, menu, and food imagery.
  • Location Data: The physical address and, if applicable, real-time location for drivers to find you for order pick-up.
  • Administrator Contact Information: Names and contact details of authorized managers.
  • Transaction Information: Order history and sales data for settlements.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • Process transactions and send related information (e.g., order confirmations).
  • Facilitate communication between Customers, Drivers, and Restaurants.
  • Verify identity and ensure safety and security on the platform.
  • Track deliveries and optimize routes using location data.
  • Personalize your experience and provide customer support.
  • Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.

3. How We Share Your Information

  • To Fulfill Services: We share necessary information between users to complete orders (e.g., Customer delivery address and phone with Driver; Restaurant location and order details with Driver).
  • With Service Providers: With trusted third parties who perform services for us, such as payment processing, data analysis, mapping/navigation services (e.g., Google Maps) and customer support.
  • For Legal Reasons: To comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; to protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property; or to enforce our agreements.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business.
  • With Your Consent: We may share information for any other purpose disclosed to you with your consent.

4. Your Choices & Controls

  • Account Information: You can review and update your account information within the app settings.
  • Location Permissions: You can enable or disable location services via your device settings.

    ⚠️ Important Note:

    Disabling precise location for Drivers will prevent you from receiving delivery requests, and for Customers, it will prevent you from placing orders for delivery.

  • Device Permissions: You can manage the app's permissions (camera, etc.) through your device settings.

5. Data Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission or storage system is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
